A bit disappointed took a brand new dress shirt to be ironed as I didn't want to mark it, when I put it on there was a mark on the cuff, it was to late to take it back. Suppose it could have been worse.

Im thoroughly disgusted, arrived earlier today to find nobody on site, which is fine cause technically its self service, except the machines are not coin operated! So Im supposed to just leave cash on a dusty table? The machines (4 of them) are placed in a corridor. I opened both washers and the smell of mildew and mould was overpowering! Ive never in my life smelt anything so bad from a hygiene appliance. The girls stood next to me who were having a party upstairs, said to me that theres no way they should smell like that, I left immediately without washing anything. Dont understand how they stay in business cause they clearly dont care about hygiene Edit to respond to the owners: Your website clearly states self service laundrette is open 7 days a week and I have a screenshot to prove so, meaning youre guilty of false advertisement. If the machines are not for public use, then why are they a) plugged in, b) have notes on them to remind the customers to remove lint after use, and c) have prices taped to the wall adjacent to them? Seems like youre trying very hard to save face when youre being publicly exposed for your serious lack of professionalism. You have chosen to address that there were other people on the premises; yet not offer a reasonable explanation for why you have mouldy appliances harbouring bacteria on site, which you apparently dont operate, wouldnt it be more appropriate to dispose of said appliances?
