Hot, crispy, boldly infused with favour; the Tofu is so good I must order 2x on next visit.
In Britain, most Japanese restaurants cant make a proper dish of soft shell crab. Etsu can. Its so juicy. The shell is signably soft. And you get the whole crab!
The sushi set is authentic. And I love their confidence. Scallop is great.
Oh and it is a proud family business.
