Minster Cleaning Services have to be one of the best cleaning firms around. We have used them for a number of years now and they have given us fantastic service continuously. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Minster Cleaning Services provide our clinic in Liverpool One with excellent cleaners. They are always willing to listen to your needs and act on them. Our regular cleaner went off sick and Minster were right on it and got us a replacement without delay - our clinic is spotless!! I would highly recommend them - Thank you Minster Cleaning :)

Avoid like the plague! I had been working for my former employer for over 3yrs I had been on long term sick but was aiming to get back to work last April when I was tupe to Minster Cleaning. I went to Minster Cleaning 2nd April 2018. I had been told none of my employment contract would change. 2 weeks after the change over I had not heard anything from Minster so I got intouch with them. I had previously been paid fortnightly, my first payment from them came 6wks later and was wrong... I asked them if I could see their occupational therapist and gave them full access to all my medical records, they refused and did not ask for my medical records. I sent many letters which I took copies of and also sent them recorded delivery. I was told over the phone that they had no obligation to pay me, infact they broke every part of my employment contract. I only received 2 replies back and one I had to even pay the postage on. Long story short I got advised to go for constructed dismissal through ACAS which I did and I finally won the case in January this year. I found this company rude, ignorant and extremely unprofessional. A cleaner is an extremely valued position in the running of companies and should be treated so, my opion of Minster is all management need to go on a course on how to treat employees. My father ran a chain of 32 betting shops and I always remember him telling me he treated everyone of his staff with respect and that their welfare came first as if he did not have the staff he had he would not of had a business. The saying treat people how you would like to be treated yourself comes to mind where Minster is concerned!
