After six months of this product being applied to an external wall big brown spots appeared all over. Communications were made with the company regarding the situation, minimal information back with a promise they would contact the manufacture to try and help. This was promised 04/11/21, we are now 09/06/22 with no news. There is no response when trying to communicate with them now.

Not very good cant get anyone out to do the job, people say they are going to come and look at the job and dont turn up ?

They put the wrong address on my order then wouldnt ring parcelforce to correct the address and told me to do it myself. They stopped responding to my messages as parcelforce needed them to change it due to security reasons as Im not the sender. Im meant to be one of their approved applicators and this is the service we get. I wont be doing business with them again nearly 200 quid worth of materials still no where to be seen weeks later. Update on order after 3 weeks and been told to find it myself. I managed to locate where it was, Luckily someone was kind enough to re send my parcel without having to go through glam rend as I told them they had no interest in ringing up. (3 phone calls and over an hour on hold). I received it. Well I received half of it the rest was all over, the lids had come off. Maybe its wise to duct tape the lids on before you ship them out, How these guys still have a business looking at these reviews I dont know.

If I had written a review immediately after having the product it would have been 5 stars, however this is now being written 12 months on. I had this product for an on suite bathroom/ wet room which was installed into a brand new extension. It looked stunning when first installed but after using the shower for only 4 months mould began to form and I rang the company who said they would send a manager to inspect it, he did not arrive but a representative did 4 weeks later and stated he had never seen anything like it and basically did not know what to do, at the time he agreed that the ventilation was perfect. He gave the fitter sealant and said he would relay back. (nobody has ever got back to me.)I am now on a weekly basis spraying mould remover onto the area. The floor area of the shower is now disintegrating under our feet and completely discoloured. I am now having to have to pay out to have it tiled. The product on the walls is still in perfect condition but I would definitely not recommend within a shower area, very poor product whilst being extremely expensive and definitely not good customer service. Service: Refurbishment
