        Quick, efficient and friendly service from Ian Harrison at Letton Percival for our move from NZ to the UK. The cost is about half the price of what shipping companies will try to sell you combined with their service so it's well worth looking at independent marine insurance instead. They also cover more as standard i.e. electrical. Due to COVID there is a huge delay in shipping our goods, so I cannot comment on needing to claim or the end-to-end service as it I far from finished, but when we needed to check our cover was valid for this delay whilst in storage in NZ, Ian was quick to reassure me since the delay was not under our control it was all covered, and very friendly and helpful in the process. Thank you so much so far - fingers crossed for no future issues anyway with our stuff when we finally receive it!
