Absolutely devastated tonight, we often order from Bahji at least once a week. Its our little treat. So tonight I chose to order a chicken burger and my boyfriend ordered a curry. It took 2 hours to come. I understand some nights are busier than others but when you order your tea at 7 pm and are only eating at 9.30 is a bit of a head ache. Anyhow my Chicken burger arrives and soon as I open it I seen tomato & cucumber which I purposely asked not to be put on, then I remove these items to find its not a chicken burger so I called the shop and I was told it was chicken as he cooked it and he put the phone down. They have definitely lost a regular customer after this. Their food use to be 10/10 and now I wouldnt even rate it.

First time trying this place out, glad we did! Been looking for a decent Indian takeaway for years now, live nearby Norris Green we drove past this one. Owner Ahmed was very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious!! We have had the watery, tasteless meals. Vindaloo and Nawabi Murgh with Pilau and Peshawari nan, really tasty and well worth an hr wait. Owner was honest and kept to his promise of delivering as we went in quite early to order. This is deffo out local Indian takeaway now.. ..and we have tried loads around the area.

I am writing this review with complete disgust and disappointment after spending 30 on a meal that was not only inedible, but tasted like human feces. My family and I were looking forward to enjoying a nice dinner together, but instead we were left feeling completely disappointed and frustrated. To make matters worse, the food was also discoloured and did not look appetizing at all. It was a complete waste of money and has completely ruined our evening. I am absolutely appalled by the quality of this so-called takeaway and believe it is in desperate need of an inspection. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and urge others to steer clear in order to avoid having a similarly horrible experience. It is unacceptable for a business to serve such disgusting and subpar food, and it is clear that this establishment does not prioritize the satisfaction and well-being of its customers. Do yourself a favour and avoid this restaurant at all costs.
