The architecture of the homes is lackluster compared to other developers on the market. Large semi detached homes with a living room on the first floor, large detached homes with basic designs. Very few modern designs with integrated kitchen diners.
The planning of site I found to be particularly poor. An unnecessary number of overlooked gardens, garages down the road from the actual home, small gardens. A lot of this could be improved on simply by better arrangement of the plot space. It feels like an amateur job frankly.
Lastly the standard of the spec is unsuitable to the price of the homes. You shouldn't sell high end detached houses with entry level fittings. Customisation options also very limited.
