Hi All, It was my pleasure to stay at one of the IHG one rewards hotel brand. The location of the hotel is very good. First impression after the long journey was at reception desk. The staff (Haydn) provided with an excellent service. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with all necessary tools including iron table, big screen TV, etc. Everything was designed very smartly. The breakfast was so good and I enjoyed the vegetarian option I highly recommend to stay here.

Great looking place, nice location, good rooms, everything fine with the Hotel. But staff is often bad/rude, or over-busy? We didnt unfortunately notice cheerful staff, only during Check-out. And Liverpool people are really very kind/nice and friendly overall !! We spent 10 minutes waiting before seating for breakfast, then almost another 10 minutes until we could order coffee. This does not work when you have business meetings or flying out right after. There should be a better Breakfast buffet with more choices to start immediately buffet was almost empty when we arrived. We waited another 5 minutes for our eggs = around 30 minutes from Breakfast arrival until eating. This are the only 2 points to consider as positive meant improvement, otherwise all fine and would after fixing this give 5-star
