we were 4 adults and had two rooms ; rooms are large and clean, but little options to put clothes (no cabinet) ; bathroom was OK ; location of the hotel is perfect ; 24Hr reception is well appreciated, since we had a late arrival ; price/quality balance is correct ; what we appreciated less was the breakfast format ; this is the first time we had no buffet options, but we had to choose on a menu ; most of the options are not enough for those who are used to take an extensive breakfast ; we asked some additional bread and we had to pay 6 pound for this !!!!!!!!! We couldn't appreciate at all !!!!! unbelievable you have to pay 6 pound for additional bread when breakfast is included in the room price ... Moreover, we had two different ladies that were responsible for breakfast during our 2day stay, but none of them was very friendly ; we have a strong recommendation to take some action for breakfast

Hotel was perfect. Only gripe was a broken slide door on the shower but didn't detract from our stay. Of note, the lady who was in reception around 4pm during our check in was amazing. Beyond kind and helpful and made us really welcome. If you want your business to be successful these are the type of people you should hang on to and reward.
