My Wife booked the joker boat for my birthday just before we arrived they said the boat wasnt ready and moved us to the titanic boat. Asked us to pay a deposit in advance (over 100) in case of accidental damage which was no problem. However, more than a month later it still hasnt been returned and they wont respond to messages or calls. The boat was good, but they have essentially stolen the deposit money, which has ruined what was a an enjoyable evening in Liverpool.

DO NOT BOOK!! 1 hour before check in, whilst already in Liverpool we had a call to say there was no heating or electricity. Months later we are still battling for a 350 refund! Upon investigating we found many others in our position. Many other have been cancelled last minute and have never had their money returned. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My friends and I booked to stay here for my 50th birthday last year but due to covid arranged to go this year instead, however due to travel restrictions and as not a essential to stay we were unable to go, the owner of the boat was very slow to reply to our emails and was unwilling to give us a a refund, we had paid in full 1000 and his excuse for not refunding was that he was allowed to open, even though if we had went he would be breaking the law. He was made quite aware from the beginning we were going for a celebration and not for work. I presume he will have been taking advantage of government help schemes. I would not deal with this man he was quite obnoxious and has caused us a great amount of stress and has ruined what should have been a fab weekend with my friends. Avoid at all costs
