Interesting designed rooms and friendly staff. But not worth the money the heating/cooling is centralised so you can't control it via your room. There is very poor insulation so the noise from both inside and out the hotel is very present throughout the day/night. Overall, for the price they charge I would recommend a premier Inn over here.

I have been here twice now..Honestly this place is amazing.. The location is obviously an advantage. You want to be up near the universities, down at the docks, North to the football or south to Lark lane/Sefton Park etc you are in a great spot. The rooms are kept really clean, you are secure with amazing staff on site 24/7 who are all exceptionally welcoming and ready to assist in anyway they can day or night. Security is reassuringly tight. The prices are really reasonable. I don't see this in a bad way but it is the only point that you may need to consider based on your preferences and that is the Restaurant/room service aspect. I see this as normal but I know some people don't or have other expectations.. Breakfast can be booked in the sister hotel. It means a bit further than just getting a lift to the ground floor. Same for room service (drinks fully avaliable to purchase. You have a great large fridge in rooms you can put what you want in etc) but this is 2023 and Liverpool; Food is avaliable 24/7 with delivery and I am sure reception would help you find and order whatever cuisine you want if you need assistance.
