        Disgraceful customer service. Whoever the male is on reception tonight was aggressive and hostile from the outset. Myself and my friends have been repeat customers for years and I will never use this hotel again. I am a young female and we explained I wanted to wait 10 mins in the room for my taxi. The male on reception instantly said NO and made up some rubbish about insurance when the room was booked for 4 occupants, yet the hotel had details for only the lead person. Eventually he told me I had 20 mins like a teacher would, so I smirked and he shouted if you have a problem with that, get outside. I must emphasise that I am a young female who was wanting to wait in the safety of my friends room for a cab, and the older male on reception spoke to me like dirt. Disgusting attitude, urge anyone not to stay here.
