We had three confirmation emails and had spoke to the owners via booking.com to confirm there was parking, yet on the day of arrival they claimed they had no record of our booking. Guy on the phone literally couldnt have sounded less interested. Got onto booking.com customer services who attempted to contact them and got the same story. Dont book here, youll not even get in the building and have to book something when you turn up for 5x the price.

Booked through booking.com. got a confirmation email with reservation code. It was booked for my sister in law who had to visit the city during lockdown for an emergency family matter. The company claimed they had no record for the code. They said to wait an hour outside in the cold and the dark in a city that she didn't know and they would get it sorted and get back to us in an hour. They never got back so we had to call again. The new colleague was less helpful than the last and told us to take it up with booking.com. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place based solely on our experience today. The worst customer service we'd ever come across.
