John and his wife were great John is so easy to talk too and the service was very good. The room was big and comfortable and they made every effort to help us as we had a two year old with us shower was brilliant loved it . Breakfast was a cold breakfast no hot food but even my grandson ate loads really nice between the cutlery and China set it was a nice change. The only thing was the stairs but John said the next time we come, and we will, to let him know in advance and we can have the downstairs bedroom. We had a heatwave when we were there and John provided us with a big cooling system even though we never asked thanks John we are definitely going back

Stayed here for our son's graduation. John was a absolute star as through travelling quite a distance, we were able to check in early on the day we arrived. The following day he left us some breakfast boxes as our son had an early graduation and we needed to leave before breakfast service . His communication was second to none with contacting us beforehand and also during our stay. The rooms are lovely and big and with staying on very warm days they were cool to come back into. The B&B itself is situated next to a park, a short walk round the corner to the bus stop which was a 5 min journey to the centre. We also walked it and it was only 25 mins. Would definitely recommend.
