Poor customer service from Charlotte - refused to return my 300 deposit because of excess bins and the cleaning of confetti despite no cleaning equipment being provided (40) and small damage done to a desk (260) which apparently then meant the whole thing needed to be replaced. I asked for proof of purchase of the desk which I never received, after a couple of further messages explaining I was unhappy with the withholding of my deposit, I was told to issue legal proceedings. This poor and unprofessional service ruined what was a good weekend!
