It took us a while to figure out the code at the front door. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash our hands. (which is basic hygiene). Some of the lights in
the living room didn't work.
When we got up in the morning there was no heating in any of the rooms.
The place was like a fridge! Glad we were only staying one night.
