Car printer was faulty on entry. Unable to get a ticket. Called for assistance and they wouldnt let me speak they just said they opening the barrier which was already already opened. I wanted to ask how the hell I was going to pay on my way out. Pay machine is out of order (of course) and says to pay at reception. Reception had 40+ people in a queue and eventually find a member of staff and said its free I was only parked for 45 min

Absolute joke booked the pool room with family and friends left all my belongings inside the room and went out for some drinks with everyone. Came back at around 1am and told by the extremely aggressive staff members me and my older mother couldn't stay with the rest of the family as we weren't apparently on the guest list for a 12 bed room and would have to find another hotel which none were accepting bookings after 12 in the Area! Disaster of a night having to get a taxi back home to Staffordshire thanks to obnoxious and rude staff behind the desk threatening to remove us
