Signature Living Hotel

Just spent the weekend at the Arthouse hotel for a hen party! WHAT A PLACE! Can not recommend enough. From the second we bounced through the door on Friday until we crawled out Sunday morning the staff were amazing. None of them could do enough for us. Every one always had smiles on thier faces and were super welcoming. Rooms are lush! Beds were comfy! Shower was unreal. Literally zero negative points. The door staff were there during the night and made sure we all got in safe and sound, making us feel safe. The location was perfect, lots of bars, shops and food places right on the doorstep. The town centre was a 10 min walk away which was perfect. I will 100% be telling every one I know about this place. Cant wait to go again! Thank you so much for having us. :)

Spent over 7000 with Signature Living. They phoned the day before the planned trip to cancel an activity we had booked. Despite several emails and phone calls, they still havent refunded my 960 from 21st February. Theyre completely ignoring me and Im having to serve a Statutory Demand on them in the hope of getting my money back. Ive written a review on this issue before and someone from Signature phoned me begging me to take it down. Needless to say, I wont be so accommodating this time.
