EPIC Apart Hotel - Duke Street

The Room was clean and tidy. Tv was working and had many channels to watch such as BBC and ITV. Was difficult to find at first but the staff was friendly and helpful to guide us to reception and the location of our room. Complimentary tea and coffee which was great. Apart from the WiFi issue everything was perfect. Would recommend to others and definitely would come back.

Hi, just checked out of your apartment on duke street. The room was leaking all night right above the bed. I have sent a video with the evidence. I would like to request full refund on the room. I also would like my deposit of 50.00 back as soon as possible. Please get back to me as soon as you can. Regards, Rylan Walls. Absolutely dreadful company. DO NOT STAY HERE! Had to be moved buildings because of noise, fire alarm, no WiFi or heating. Second night in other building woken up at 0430am by a party above us and next to us. Had to check out early just to get away from the horrendous noise. Informed reception who apologised and said management will contact me, I have rang and sent 3 emails and completely ignored. Worst hotel experience EVER!

Great location and the beds were comfy, but it was difficult to find the building where you check in, the satnav brings you close but it's not easy to find. The room was ok but it was very dark so my girlfriend found it hard to do her makeup, the WiFi and the TV didn't work and there was damage to the door lock, bedside table, toilet seat and one of the towels was ripped. It was disappointing but we were out most of the night so we only used it as a base.
