The rooms seemed to offer so much, however didn't deliver all facilities as advertised. This along with the fact that we were put in the wrong type of room we'd paid for was not ideal.
We explained we were in the wrong room type, so we were told we could move rooms, however the new key card didn't work on the two occasions it was programmed, so it just became more bother than it was worth.
Great looking hotel, love the style, however underdelivered on so many levels.

It was good value for the price.
The staff were welcoming and friendly, Id definitely stay again.
