        Paid for a private room due to a work commitment; the on-site manager half way through walked into the room without knocking, because he didnt see a need to leaving me to feel very exposed and vulnerable. When I complained later the manager dismissed my concerns saying it didnt matter. When I complained to head office they agreed it didnt matter. Paid for a private space and never got that space.
