        Avoid! Avoid and again, avoid! Would not house a rat there, yard owners husband is a disgrace to the equine world with his disgusting, volatile, unpredictable behaviour in front of me and my elderly tb, I got away a day after he told me to f/off. Fields are overstocked, mud mud and more mud, god knows what goes on behind closed doors, btw off the yard by 8pm, no Christmas visits! Avoid, save your money

        XC ride is good but dont put your horses on livery there. Not professionally managed, make rules up as they go along. I could say more.

        Cottage Farm Livery .. Crosby Chasers... Wonder why all stables are available ???? Yard isnt managed by the owner but by 2 particular liveries who think they run the yard and watch every move u make. Even though there is cctv everywhere. And by the way. The liveries bring your horses in not staff...this is why 3 of us are moving off .p.s more stables available very soon. So be careful !!!
