The girls, Alex & Chloe are so attentive and just so lovely with my grandad. They keep him and us informed of everything they are doing at every stage of his daily care. They just fill you with confidence and they want to know everything about their patient, their condition but also what they like and were like before they needed care.
It has made this really hard time so much easier for us, knowing that the girls are so professional but actually, genuinely care for him at his lowest point in life.
If you are looking for someone to actually care for your relative,, be organised, professional, very pleasant and genuinely care, please go with this company and you wont be disappointed.
