I had the best experience choosing a hat from the extensive range available at Felicity Hat Hire Liverpool. Deanna's experience made an intimidating task (there are so many to choose from and lets face it, you are going to be judged on your choice!) into a reassuring and confidence building pleasure. The hats themselves are beautiful and you couldn't fail to find the right one for you!

This is the second time going to Felicity for my hat hire and I wouldnt go anywhere else! Both Deana and Liv are always super helpful and do their best to get the right hat for you with sooo many hats to choose from! Always enjoy my experience going to the shop. Thank you so much xx

Visited this shop yesterday with my daughter,I wanted a hat for her wedding.Firstly the shop was cold, the owner wearing a coat and scarf.We felt as if we were actually in the way,even though we had an appointment, Deana the owner/manager looked bored to tears, horrible atmosphere.

I am not normally a "hat person", but wanted something special for my son's wedding. The 2 staff were very attentive and helpful. I was able to "book" my hat for July. An amazing range of hats, and the 'hiring' price is great. There is limited parking in the side road, with resident parking further up the road, but I was told once in the shop that they have a resident permit for the road.
