        Absolutely useless. Cancelled on me 3 times; then, an hour before he was due to arrive, he starts messaging me on WhatsApp asking if there's DIY shops near my house. I tell him there are but they're closed due to it being a Bank Holiday (a day he scheduled the job on!). He then cancels the appointment again (45 mins before he was due) because "he has no supplies". At this point he's had 5 days to get organised but all he's done is throw excuses around. Incredibly unprofessional, a huge waste of my time. Screenshots of WhatsApp chats can be provided if needed.
