I booked an appointment for a blow dry & half up , the girl who washed my hair was lovely, the owner however was very rude, made me feel like I was wasting her time as she had other clients to deal with she was very rude made me feel very uncomfortable, & rushed my hair, she didnt ask how Id like my Fringe, but just started to brush it back , I told her I normally have a curtains Fringe to which she replied its to late now whilst huffing & puffing, Ill have to start again is that what you want I have other clients, I just told her to to leave it , I could go on cos the whole experience was terrible , I have had to go to another hairdresser and pay again to have my hair redone, they were disgusted with the way faye had left my hair, it looked like Id done it myself, I wont be going there again and would defiantly not recommend anyone else to I just feel sorry for the other girl working with such a snotty woman (she was also rude to her own staff) I felt like I could cry in the shop, I couldnt wait to get out of there, and she wasnt bothered at all.
