Andrew Collinge Graduates

Had a haircut with one of the graduates.. I love the result, she perfectly understood what I wanted. However, the handling was a bit rough :( Im just sad, not mad.. 1. First, she asked me what type of haircut that I want. I couldnt understand her and I said sorry?, she repeated herself and I still didnt get it, and then she started shouting (kind of) at me, LOL. (Im still fine with this, my bad). 2. Second, when she started washing my hair, W O W, the handling was quite rough and she even shampooed my ears 3. Then she cut my hair and she asked me if the length is okay I told her that I want the front part to be shorter and she just snapped at me THIS is just the LENGTH (twice). Im gonna do it after this.. 4. Then she started blow drying my hair. While doing it with a brush, she brushed my left cheek quite hard and didnt say sorry. I think she realised bcs after that she handled my hair gentler. But then, she poked my forehead and cheek several times with her nails while sectioning my hair.. Well, im a foreigner so please be more understanding and patient.. I also dont know anything about haircut. You can talk to me and explain to me politely.. Why are people so harsh nowadays.. I wanted to burst into tears when she scraped my cheek with the brush quite hard and didnt say sorry.. Im not expecting for a 5-star service, just a decent service is all I need..

Great Salon offering different cuts in style but on a budget with it being a graduate salon. The Andrew Collinge Hairdressing Academy is upstairs. I would highly recommend you can have a graduate cut your hair or a more senior stylist, choice is yours but reflective in the price. I alway's come here for my re-styles & cuts. Friendly, proffessional and knowledgeable. And a great cut & style.
