I think there was a potential for a good experience, however when I came to the salon I was informed that the hairdresser is off. No one contacted me to tell me, which was rather frustrating. I was also advised that I should call rather than use the Treatwell app - why the salon is available on the app then ? I ended up getting the service Ive booked, done by someone else, however it didnt feel great because it made me feel like Im causing an inconvenience for the salon. Service: Kids' cuts
