I attended here to have my hair cut hair last year loved it. This time I booked again, through Instagram and was not asked to pay a deposit or told of any policy. I accidentally mixed up my days and missed my appointment (my error). I am now being told I can not rebook until I pay my missed appointment in full and would have to pay in full for the next appointment is. I appreciate that they need to recoup costs although my issue is that I was not told or able to make myself aware of this policy at time of booking or after. This is a policy I wasnt told about when booking and was added to their Instagram stories 2 days ago when I booked nearly 2 weeks ago. I appreciate that custom was missed by me mixing up appointment however I wasnt asked to pay any deposit, wasnt made aware of this full payment policy, it wasnt anywhere online until 2 days ago. In conversations with them about this they insist I need to pay them despite the information not being made available to me at time of booking and had I seen the story in the last 2 days when it was added I would have been under the 48hrs anyway and would still have been told to pay full price to change my appointment or to cancel.
