Best thing I have done for myself was to join Workout and the 12 week bootcamp. All of the trainers are fab. I am feeling good and losing weight. I love the training sessions.

I have returned back to workout after 2 years break due to injury and lockdown. I am currently doing a boot camp and finally gaining my confidence and strength back.

Well I joined to tone up and after 10 weeks I did achieve great results, my hard work did pay off, the first session is weigh in and fitness and same on last session, they go very fast, you have to wipe equipment down after finish, would recommend to buy gloves for the weights and dumbells, we had dif instructors throughout, the best session was the Saturday one as its not boring and very fast and you get to use a bit of everything, I think the sessions could be a bit more lively and Joe and other trainer's bit more assertive as sometimes lapsed when your working out, I do understand not everyone works to same level I think them people should get more encouragement, the food side is hard, I never used app side and new what calories i had to meet for my training, Joe advised me on foods and also protien shake which was good, when you join the app was useless as never worked properly so recommend to take notes of what you have done and fill app in at home, it's a nice gym and clean, could do with a water dispenser like other gyms too, trainer's are all lovely, I had a love hate relationship with weights but stuck it out, over all it is a gym nothing fancy and easy to get too, I do recommend to anyone who wants to achieve a better shape, but always remember you get out of it what you put into it and can do home work outs on the days your not at gym. Working out for me has always been a real chore, and finding the motivation to do so proved to be my biggest challenge, but having started PT sessions with Joe I have found a new love for working out & I have never felt better! Joe understands exactly what I want to achieve and puts together tailor made sessions to help me achieve my goals, which consist of; workout routines, meal plans and general fitness advise. The PT sessions are always well planned & structured, & I always leave the sessions feeling very fulfilled! I have also been going to the classes put on by Joe, which me & my friends have been really enjoying doing together. Last year a HIIT workout would have been my worst nightmare, but the classes are dare I say, fun! The organisation of the workouts make working out a much more enjoyable experience, with the classes planned out ready for us to get straight into. I have already seen a huge improvement in my overall fitness level, & as a result, feel so much more confident in myself. I look forward to carrying on with my fitness journey & cant thank Joe enough for helping me reach my goals! Would highly recommend.
