        I'm a long term member. Someone hit my car, which was parked in the retail carpark directly outside of the gym, while I was in the gym. Manager said they would help me and then just ignored all of my communications after, offering literally zero help whatsoever.

        The only thing I can think of is maybe have a sign on the lift not to block it. As a wheelchair user people keep blocking the lift
