Origin Gym ltd

Ive been going to Origin for 8 months now and the transformation in mind, body and life has been unbelievable. Its the friendliest gym Ive ever been to, the members (who are all boss btw) are of all ages and levels and the PTs genuinely care about every member and it shows with their commitment and input to us all every day. Its brilliant value for money, youll not get this level of training anywhere for the price, I go 6 times a week now plus running club (which is free to members) and extra Hyrox training sessions and its something I couldnt see myself without now. Highly recommend!

The best thing about Origin is the people. Thats not to say the coaching isnt outstanding, but the atmosphere and nature of the place is unlike any other gym Ive witnessed. I was cautious about joining at first to be honest. Having long standing back issues (scoliosis & spasms) as well as numerous surgeries on my knee, I never thought group PT would give me what I needed. I couldnt of been more wrong! The coaches can easily adapt any session for your needs no problem and the benefits from training with other friendly members has been a blessing! Im stronger than Ive ever been, feel fitter and my mental health has improved massively! Give it a go, youll surprise yourself just how easy youll adapt to the tough but manageable sessions and in no time youll be putting up numbers you never thought possible

Great gym with amazing coaches! Such a welcoming atmosphere and the classes never disappoint. By far the best gym I have invested in for both physical and mental results, worth every penny - would definitely recommend joining!

Really great gym with good equipment and brilliant staff. If youre looking for a gym with a strong welcoming community this is the one for you.
