My Fianc and I attend PT sessions with Gary and he really pushes us with a variety of exercises to work on different muscle groups. For a beginner with fitness, I was concerned about my ability, but coach Gary was able to talk me through the various exercises and offers encouragement and tips to get a better work out throughout the session. As for the results, with just one session a week, I can feel myself becoming stronger and in better shape. I would fully recommend the gym to anyone Thank you Forge Fitness and Coach Gary
