        well what can I say about focuz fit. what an amazing place do work out I have recently started a weightloss journey and joined with chris, the classes he does are fantastic and if your finding it hard to keep up he will always give you an alternative to suit you, he makes classes enjoyable and is so down to earth, he is always there to help whenever I need advice and always encourages you to do your best. hes the loveliest instructor so friendly up for a laugh and will talk to you about anything you need to know, so far my weightloss journey has been fun and I'm always excited to go back to his classes. Thanks chris

        Highly recommended, Chris is a great coach and always on hand for support. Focuzfit is now part of my routine and enjoyable too! Anyone who wants to get fit but have a giggle along the way then you won't be disappointed. Nutrition/meal ideas also available (really tasty) and workouts to do in your own time if you can't make a class. Absolutely love being a part of this gym
