First of all, check-in was needlessly complicated. I had to phone the place to get the code for my key but that didn't work properly. Then I was told (not by the owners but by other guests after shouting through their open windows) that they had a different hotel where they were at and that I had to go there. The problem was that I arrived late in the evening and nobody was there anymore, so I had to spent the night on the floor in the corridor after another guest thankfully let me in. At least they offered a refund for that night and I think they upgraded my room as well. From the interaction I had with the staff, they were quite friendly. The bed was also quite comfortable and the room was decently clean. The bathrooms and hallways were also more or less fine in that department, but I encountered a little spider or a moth here and there. The internet conection was atroscious. It even went out entirely one day and it hadn't been fixed when I departed; it was gone for at least four days. There was also not a table or chair to be found. I had to sit down on the counter when I was eating lunch in the kitchen. The location is also so-so. You can get decently quickly into the city centre, provided the busses aren't on strike, which they were for almost a week. But the streets around the area are littered with rubbish and the train passes by frequently, which you are certainly going to hear if your window is open. Overall, definitely do not come here for longer stays. A night or two should be fine.
