Really approachable and personable and get the job done on time (and sometimes even quicker than expected). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Turtle Media - what they don't know about websites and SEOing isn't worth knowing. I know they do so much more than that but I've seen their work first hand on these things and was/am impressed :)
