        Incompetence personified, the Manager here hasn't got a clue what she's doing, the whole place is a joke, they are not the least bit interested in helping you find work they are just interested in getting you off benefits and will use the most underhand techniques to accomplish that task, if you enter into conversation with any of them record it covertly (video or audio) on your mobile phone as they will lie.

        Bureaucracy at its finest, better sell your kidney rather than being in need of them. Having said that, this goes to jobcentre as an establishment, not the staff as there was a very polite man on the phone than went out of his way to help me with alternative solutions to my problem even though he was not obliged to.
