        What a bunch of rude and unhelpful individuals these ppl are, I swear a group of monkeys could do a better job! Then they bleat on about being spoken to with respect, zero tolerance policy blah blah.. maybe if they listened to people, had basic manners and did their job properly then they would receive it..its no wonder ppl get angry and frustrated if this is so called 'service' they receive.

        If you do their job for them, and turn up with exactly what they need, they're spot on. Otherwise, they just tell you what you can't do, and don't offer info on solutions. Opening times don't favour people who have a job. But the website is even worse. Especially parking services.
