        From my experience all the staff are really lovely and friendly. Theyre actually really understanding of your situation and everyone I have met with has been very positive and encouraging. Being unemployed can really get you down and job searching can be frustrating but the work coaches here are very understanding and supportive. Ive been really lucky. Obviously everyone wont have the same experience but I just wanted to leave my review here because I too heard horror stories but from my experience thats all they are.

        Attended for interview to complete claim for universal credit . Was really nervous after hearing all sorts of horror stories about the place. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful . Thank you to the staff there.
