I went there a couple of times with rather unusual queries, and they were friendly and effective, taking the time to research it and consult with colleagues before giving me a definitive answer. Best in class.

Always quick to moan at you for not replying or doing something they want you to do, even if you genuinely can't do what it is they want you to bit when you need them, good luck. No one is ever around to help

Worst jobcentre the security guards needed to be fired im disabled my mother too they always talk to us agressivly like last time i dont belong to this job centre i had a question regarding my mothers universal credit for her she cant go out from her pain, i always travel with my small eltric scooter everywhere including my own job centre and the mya youth hub from universal many offices its becouse i cant stand at all for long, i went in and stoped by the enterance stating i have a question etc, i tried ringing on the phone dosens time no answer, the security guard agresivly pushed me out trough the door saying no scooters i explained i had just a question and stoped there he didnt care what i was saying i told him i was disabled and i bring this everywhere with me i have ptsd its been stolen before from me, everywhere i never had a problem before not at other jobcentres or yoyth hub or, hmrc apoitment grovement building, gp office everywhere this was a horrible experince for me lovered my cobfidence caused me huge anxiety,depression the way he treated me and pushed me out not caring what i was trying to explain with my severe ADHD, my mother had an important question regarding health and wellbeing she wrote 3 days ago on her universal journal she cant come here herself she has PTSD and depression we are both on limited work capability, we never had anywhere any problems but in this jobcebtre the security guards always say something mean, bad towards us many other incidents hapened they placed one time my passport next to the enterance and someone almost stole it if i hadnt stod up and gona to pick it up many others things hapened here.
