        Brilliant company to deal with - excellent communication throughout and guidance freely given in a friendly and accessible way. Packaging ensured all items travelled from Liverpool to Cornwall without incident. Very pleased with the etching too.

        The glass is absolutely brilliant and well wrapped in bubble wrap and card but the postage was charged @ 15 + 20% VAT this is rather inflated as the actual cost marked on package was 3.70.
