Shocking level of care, nurses are barely competent, nobody talks to each other to say whats been done/going on, kept a 10yo in hospital for a WEEK before even getting an MRI & then they scanned his legs?? Hes got a fractured elbow you meffs. If your kids ever need to go the hospital then just take them to Alder Hey

Just home after a 2 night stay in plastics ward 3A. Felt very well cared for and looked after. A special thank you to nurse Amy who works nights on ward 3A, she was so brilliant, very professional and caring. The ward and my room was spotless and lovely, friendly staff maintaining it throughout the day. The staff who operated on my thumb were excellent and kept me at ease throughout. Thank you so much
