Our landlord chose this lot. They damaged not only the landlords property when installing the boiler but also damaged ours too including smashing picture frames and art work. They used our tea towels to mop up mess they made and didnt cover anything resulting in damage to the kitchen. They refused to engage with us and apologise for the damage they caused. They then failed to turn up to appointments to complete the job, failed to compete the paperwork or the warranty for the boiler. A year later our boiler is now showing off the chart readings of carbon monoxide. In our opinion youd be a fool to use them!!!!

Bobby came out the day after we got in touch. He *thoroughly* looked over our boiler and recommended a few different options for repair/replacement. He squoze us in even when he was really busy and flushed our radiators & replaced the boiler in 1 day. He turned up on time and left the boiler cupboard tidier than what it was!! Even did a little repair in there for us! He dropped the keys off later that night, encouraged us to ask any questions: get in touch if we needed anything. Honestly cannot recommend bobby and his team enough, a really genuine, honest lovely fella who did our job quickly and to an exceptional standard. Will definitely be returning to the firm for any future jobs we need doing. Thank you.
