Attempted to fix a leak, but I advised the fix did not work and it was still leaking. Came back once to try fix it but leak still happened. Was told would come back but then proceeded to ignore my calls and texts even though he said he would come back, leak ended up being worse than the original leak, please avoid.

Fixed a leak promptly but also had another job of flushing boiler and radiators...Put the chemicals in but never came back to finish the job. Very hard to get hold of. Kept saying he would turn up and then was a no show. My husband is self employed and booked time off work to be in, but unfortunately we were left waiting with no explanation and let down on several occasions. Months went by with me calling and chasing....In the end I asked for them to call me when they were next free as I was fed up of having to chase...still nothing so have now had to go to another company. A real shame as initially we were impressed but the lack of communication has made the whole experience really stressful.

Poor communication from the get go and did not provide the service that was agreed. I asked for gas and heating safety certificates and confirmed the job and price via WhatsApp , but have since only received a boiler survey and no gas safety certificate. He turned up late to the job without any notice and has failed to respond to my concerns about the full job not being done. I will try to claim money back through my bank for service not provided. Would not recommend.

Called at 8.30am with no heat and hot water on the coldest day of the winter so far. He arrived at lunchtime and as it was a frozen pipe the issue had resolved itself. But the guy was lovely really professional and understanding. Will definitely be keeping his number. Thank you for your prompt attention
