H. Leslie Humphreys Funeral Directors

H. Leslie Humphreys in Crosby were the first Funeral Directors I have ever dealt with. If I could list the qualities required for the role I would say that they fulfilled every single one. Kind, helpful, efficient, organised, appropriate communicative and calm. The result was a seamless service for my son's father that allowed us to incorporate all the hugely important personal touches we wanted. I dealt with Gail, Helen and Chris and I simply cannot thank them or praise them highly enough. Their suggestions, recommendations, interpersonal skills were always appropriate - including the gentle nudges to make sure I had thought of everything. Thank you - it's not something I'd ever thought about before but the service you gave our family meant we could have the day we needed to express our grief and our celebration of his life.

I rang humphreys funeral directors at 2.30am with in the hour there funeral directors arrived to collect my husband and treated my husband and my family with care and compassion,the lovely lady gail in the undertakers helped me so much to plan the first funeral I have ever had to organise. The day went perfectly and the undertakers and grattan who performed the service could not have done any more for myself and my family thank you so much Erica

A reassuring and caring experience with great communication whilst organising my Grans funeral. Christine was helpful throughout and was always on hand to answer any questions that came up and amend things as needed. We are incredibly grateful for the service we received

In total shock how terrible this company is lied on more then 1 time about when they would pick my dad up we though it was a small family business it wasn't at all it is a big company called dignity they left him in the morgue for over 1 week to then lie and say he was in another place getting ready so my sister phoned the hospital up they confirmed he was still there 1 week on from his death wouldn't recommend anyone to go with these it was just constant lies
