I can not thank becky/joanne enough for doing my dads funeral and both my nanas they was absolutely outstanding the girls spoke to us like we was family and they took such good care of our loved ones I would definitely reccomend this branch to anyone is sadly needs to arrange a funeral I just put into word how fantastic they was!!!!x

Outstanding care and attention given to my wife, she was treated with courtesy and respect from the time she was taken into their care up until the funeral service had ended. For those of us bereaved we were also given the highest level of care in our time of loss. Nothing was too much trouble and Jo handled our requests without fuss, and everyone one at Kane's deserves praise for their professional approach. The funeral service gave every respect to my wife, allowed us to have a last moment with her at the end, and my specific request for Celebrant was met. The attention to detail made the service special, moving and uplifting. I have no hesitation in recommending Kane's and will be the first port of call for future family funerals.

Jo is amazing! She was quick to return calls if she was out at a funeral, so empathetic to our needs and this meant everything ran so smoothly on the day. Cannot recommend this lovely lady more.

I would like to thank all the staff at Kanes, however I believe a special gratitude of thanks and appreciation should go to Jo. When someone you love dearly passes away its difficult to focus on the here and now especially when you are grieving. Jo guided us through the process giving her full attention to the familys needs, even the smallest detail was dealt with sympathetically. My Dads funeral was made so much easier by Jos compassion and friendship and as a family we are grateful.
