Thompsons was the obvious choice for me when my mother passed away. They had dealt with my fathers funeral and many other family members passed and had always been reliable, courteous and above all empathetic to the feelings of those left bereaved. Sheila in Tuebrook is very experienced and can guide you seamlessly through the process. Sheila, Amanda and Paul supported my family throughout answering any questions quickly and honestly.The service was a perfect send off to my lovely mum and Thompsonss made sure that everything was taken care of, just as we had asked. I would highly recommend Thompsonss services.

I can only say the help and care that I was given from Thomsons when my brother passed was fabulous. They helped me all the way gave me advice when I was unsure. From my initial visit I was made to feel comfortable and at ease at a difficult time. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about every facet of the funeral arrangements, nothing was too much trouble. I was kept fully updated at each stage of the process and given excellent advice to help me make the arrangements, from music, choice of coffin, flowers, order of service and headstone, everything was covered and I had various options in line with acting on the last wishes of my mother. The staff on the day could not have been more professional and understanding and did an excellent job, which enabled us as a family to celebrate a life well lived and not have any concerns on the day. Thompsons are a very professional and long standing directors within the community and did all in their power to ensure we could celebrate and say our goodbyes as a family. Simply the best.
