The exquisite care that my dad and my family received was so very appreciated during this difficult time . From the moment we met the Funeral Director , Pam , I knew it was going to be a personal & compassionate experience. My dads funeral was beautiful & the whole day went seamlessly. Were do I start my mother in law passed away December 2019 we arranged funaral with these cowboys only good thing about it was sharn the lovely ladie that done our funeral part from that everything was a shammbiles from service cards that wasn't right got her birthday wrong on them was very upsetting for the family then to top things off we paid for a casket for her ashes to go into an they even messed that up no sympathy with them what's so ever or apoilagy for their mistakes not only did they spell her name on the plac wrong they didn't even put in loving memory either just wrong name an when she died no concidaration what's so ever didn't even ask us what we wanted on the plac descusting family still greaving an didn't need the hassle with these cowboys

My Nan passed away and my mum was the eldest, staff told my mum to sign a document which signed over the deeds to the plot/grave She signed, and months later when my mum arranged the headstone to be arrange this is when she found out the documents were signed over to her younger brother and staff dont recall her signing, Would never recommend these con artists ever Nothing but heart ache has come from usings these cowboys Worst company ever for covering up lies and fraud
