Hardacres funeral directors recently supported my family with the loss of my youngest brother . From the beginning Kate , Cathy and Ian went out of their way to support us with any questions or concerns we had in organising his funeral. They were very easy to talk to . On the day every thing went as planned and Steven had the best send off we hoped possible . I cant recommend this company enough if you ever lose a loved one .

Thought they were absolutely wonderful, have been singing their praises to everyone and recommending them, paid my mums funeral on 10/5/19 by Bacs with the details they provided me with, told them numerous times the funeral being paid for was a weight off my mind, have got home from the cemetery this evening with a bill dated 23/5/19requesting payment, mum's name in bold writing, a breakdown of their services and what they provided even down to the embalming, feel like I've just been pushed over the edge at an awful time, called them and was diverted (I understand, it was after 6pm) no reply, I have no words left, I have just gone back to work and trying hard to live life without mum then I get this, worries me if I had a loved one who had passed I wouldn't be able to contact them if my loved one had passed outside office hours 9-5,
