Peter Coyne

Lost my brother and went with Peter Coyne thinking they were one of the best. How wrong was I.... They had put him in the smallest room in corner and there was warm air blowing through the air con, needless to say my brother deteriorated quickly and we couldn't have him home as planned and it had to be closed coffin. Complained and staff were completely rude and as for Peter Coyne he was only interested in payment. Went to SAIF to complain and they said they don't have duty of care, so could not do anything legally about him. If you love your loved ones and want to give them respect and dignity DO NOT use this firm.... I know the body changes in death but not at the rate. Still devastated family

After losing my brother, Peter Coyne were absolutely fantastic. They showed compassion from the very first phone call. They went above and beyond to help, kept us informed of everything, all was explained in detail how it all worked, everything went on time. Every member of staff we met were so lovely. I can't thank them enough for making a terrible situation run so smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone.

All the staff are so polite and courteous, they have taken great care with 2 of my sisters and mother in the past.everything was taken care of and went to plan.

I can't thank them enough for providing not only a wonderful service but also plenty of support. They went the extra mile when we needed them to and would not hesitate to go to them again. Hopefully not too soon though

Awful service lost my dad and the way the treated a grieving family no compassion to say they deal with grieving family daily to the way we was treated was awful so unhappy when spoke to them was told we was lucky the let us see my dad. After using them a couple of times in the past i will definitely not use peter coyn again or advise them to anyone
